Business Resource - Client Service Specialist

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The position of Business Resource-Client Services Specialist will work with the Business Resource TM Team and the Client Services Team. The primary responsibility is to maintain and support customers utilizing Treasury Management Services while taking a proactive approach towards product implementation, and problem resolution for business customers. The position will also assist Client Services in performing back office operations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform a wide-range of daily tasks which include, but are not limited to: assisting with processes related to Treasury Management services. Also, reviewing reports for accuracy; processing and balancing various transactions; verification and check-back of work performed by others; completing maintenance, research, disputes, charge-backs, returns, etc.
- Assists with incoming customer calls and TM tier two support customer calls.
- Supports Treasury Management product installation and implementation.
- Assists in monitoring/set-up of ACH Credit Risk limits on ACH system.
- Setup and maintain accounts utilizing account analysis.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two or more years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Treasury/Cash Management, products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
