Operations/Systems Support Analyst

Job Description:

General accountabilities of position:
Provides IT support for internal customers by phone and the CBI Service Desk email. Including but not limited to trouble shooting PC’s, printers, scanners and multiple software applications. Responsible for the completion of multiple computer tasks while following established procedures, ensuring that all tasks are processed in accordance with a schedule of operations. Creates, maintains and distributes multiple files containing extremely sensitive customer information. Including, but not limited to ACH, ATE, daily refresh (Shazam card orders), statement flat and image files. Creates and receives accurate outgoing and incoming cash letters and delivers electronically in accordance to established schedules. Completes the nightly systems batch update, making sure all totals match and all primary systems are running. Works with tellers to make sure all branch work has been captured and that all work totals are in balance. Creates all core backups making sure they complete successfully and are rotated for proper retention by established guidelines. Completes the credit bureau reports, prepares statement CD’s and Data Match files. Shares weekend on call duty on a rotating basis. Performs daily ACH activities, including account reconciliations, unauthorized returns, one time origination requests, exception and return processing, and risk return reporting. Completes the daily indexing and quality control associated with Vision Content for deposit operations. Completes the daily notices and mailroom duties.

Skills/education/experience required:
Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two year college or technical school; or two or more years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.

Eligibility factors:
Basic knowledge of Bank operations, products and services; related state and federal laws and regulations, and other Bank operational policies and procedures. Proficient in computer terminal and personal computer operation; software programs of diverse functionality used by the Bank, including but not limited to, desktop applications and administrative programs and resources (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).

Additional criteria:
Must have the flexibility to work and cross-train with all Operations/Systems Support Analyst, core rotations shift hours as needed – weekends, holidays, and during system upgrade times. Rotating weekend on-call is required.
